BJ Bass, Managing Partner, Certified NBA & FIBA Player Agent
BJ is one of the rising stars among NBA Agents. As one of RBA's Managing Partners, BJ's responsibilities include player development and forming strategic alliances that enable RBA to build its Brand in the Sports Marketing arena. BJ has an innate ability to identify & secure talent that is below the NBA radar. He has helped RBA develop a vast network of Basketball Executives, Endorsement Partners and Trainers. Operating out of Basketball City in NYC, BJ is in a unique position to to build out the RBA player business. What separates BJ from other Agents are his core values, his work-ethic, his conviction and his persistence on behalf of his clients. One NBA Executive recently said that he would want BJ to represent his own son. Prior to founding RBA Sports, BJ founded his own Logistics Consulting business and his "out of the box" thinking contributed to the initial public offerings and acquisitions of several of his prior ventures. BJ has a BA Degree in International Relations from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

  Tod Seidel, Senior Vice President, NBA & FIBA Certified Player Agent
Tod brings a wealth of Sports Marketing experience to RBA. Tod's responsibilities include recruiting & placing players, both in the NBA and overseas, as well as managing cap-related contract issues. Prior to becoming an NBA & FIBA Player Agent in 2009, Tod spent 15 years in NBA front offices. First, as a Marketing Manager for The Charlotte Hornets, where he was responsible for the development and implementation of marketing strategies for an expansion NBA franchise. Despite a losing record during their first season, Charlotte led the league in attendance. Tod was later hired within the Player Development department, by The Memphis Grizzlies, where he spent 7 seasons serving under NBA legend, Jerry West. Working side-by-side with Jerry, Tod helped to create the Grizzlies Player Development Strategy, while also managing various aspects of the teams Salary Cap. Under their Management team, Memphis made the playoffs 5 times, including the first appearance in franchise history. Tod has a B.A. Degree in History from Randolph Macon College in Virginia.



  Keith Schlosser, Media Director
Keith brings a wealth of media & PR experience to RBA. Keith's responsibilities include promoting RBA players through traditional and social media platforms, as well as developing and executing an integrated marketing strategy for RBA's Sports Marketing business. Prior to joining RBA, Keith was one of the driving forces behind the growth of SB Nation's "Ridiculous Upside" blog, which is widely recognized as one of the leading publications covering the NBA Development League. Keith was also a writer for "The Knicks Blog", where he covered the team for SNY. Keith brings great passion about the game of Basketball and he truly enjoys watching young players develop, as they chase their life-long dreams of making the NBA.



  Jared Faust, Predictive Modeling & Analyst
Jared Faust plays a key role at RBA, leveraging his background in Regression and Predictive Analyses, to generate analytics for the purpose of helping RBA Players improve the weaker areas of their game, and then enabling our Agents to best-present the abilities of the Players to teams. Jared is currently studying Economics and Statistics at The University of Pennsylvania. At Penn, Jared is a Vice President of the Undergraduate Sports Business Club, a member of the Wharton Baseball Analytics Club and a Teaching Assistant at the Wharton Money-ball Academy.
