BJ Bass, Managing Partner, Certified NBA & FIBA Player Agent
BJ is one of the rising stars among NBA Agents. As one of RBA Sports' Managing Partners, BJ's responsibilities include player development and forming strategic alliances that enable RBA to build its Brand in the sports marketing arena. BJ has an innate ability to identify & secure talent that is below the NBA radar. He has helped RBA develop a vast network of Basketball Executives, Endorsement Partners, Trainers and Coaches. As RBA moves into its new home this summer, Basketball City NYC, BJ will be in a unique position to continue to build out the RBA player business. What separates BJ are his values, his work-ethic, his conviction and his persistence on behalf of his clients. One NBA Executive recently said that he would want BJ to represent his own son. Prior to founding RBA Sports, BJ founded his own Logistics Consulting business and his “out of the box” thinking contributed to the initial public offerings and acquisitions of several of his prior ventures. BJ has a BA Degree in International Relations from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

  Brian Rubenstein, Managing Partner
As one of RBA Sports' Managing Partners, Brian’s responsibilities include International Business Development, Corporate Development, as well as providing financial and career counsel to RBA Athletes. Brian has one of the most extensive networks in International Basketball and he has already placed RBA players in 5 different continents. Brian is also developing the RBA Sports International Friendly Series at Basketball City, which will include teams from all over the world. Prior to founding RBA Sports, Brian has managed, or been a Partner in several investment funds, including BDS Capital, Wheatley Partners and Geo Capital. Brian currently sits on the Board of Directors, or on the Advisory Board of several private companies. Brian has a BA Degree in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
